Methods of Payment

Online Payments

To make an online payment start by selecting the type of payment you'd like to make. Credit cards accepted include: Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.

How do I know if my Online Payment has been accepted?

Once you have submitted your payment details and the payment has been processed, a confirmation page containing a receipt number will be displayed. Make note of this number as it may be required by Council as proof of payment should any future discrepancies arise. (Tip - write the receipt number on the bill being paid). This receipt number will verify that your payment has been successfully processed.

Direct Debit Arrangements

Direct Debit can only be arranged for Council Rates Payments

Please downlod the appropriate form, complete and return to council.

Payments may be made by cash, cheque, money order or EFTPOS - debit cards and credit cards. No cash can be given on debit cards or cheques.

Office hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Available for the following payments: Business Renewals, Dog Registration Renewals, Rates, Water, Sundry Debtors.

Contact your participating Financial Institution to make this payment directly from your cheque, savings or credit card account BPAY this payment via Internet or phone banking.

Available for the following payments: Business Renewals, Dog Registration Renewals, Parking Infringements, Rates, Water, Sundry Debtors.
